Babies Journey

"Such a perfect example of approaching life with sense of adventure and doing something to better the world"

In Seth Warren's documentary, 'Nature Propelled,' a lively crew of revelers followed the lifecycle of water and the seasons in their dream vehicle, "Baby" - a fully-converted and customized Toyota off-road cruiser.

Danny MacAskill is ridiculous!

This guys skills on a bike are mind-blowing...

This movie looks EPIC, and it premiers in Truckee next weekend!

First Ascent: Must See Video Series

"First Ascent: The Series" Trailer from Sender Films on Vimeo.

Last winter saw the Alex Honnold episode at the Tahoe Mountain Film Festival and it absolutely blew my mind! The cinematography and story telling was excellent, but the climbing was incredible. Check out the trailer and if you like it, do what you can to find the full length show. It will not disappoint!

Night Climbing

Photo © Geno Fonderoli

So last friday night I went out for a night climb with some buddies just west of the Lake Tahoe Basin @ Lovers Leap. It is a 3 pitch climb ( not sure on the exact height but my guess is that it is somewhere around 300 feet)
It was my first night climb ( Moonlight and Headlamps) and was definitely an amazing experience!

Another Bucket list item - Build a Wood Surfboard

Some Gnarly Sheez...

This is some pretty crazy stuff, I mean, how does one combat a fire tornado?!

The Porsche Museum- officially added to my bucket list

The Porsche Museum in Zuffenhausen, Germany is nothing short of mind blowing. The ultra-clean, super-minimal building houses over 80 exhibits chronicling the auto-maker’s rise to prominence. The whole thing leans pretty futuristic, would have liked to have seen a few classic cues here and there, but I’m certainly not complaining. Has anyone been yet? Looks like a must-see if you’re anywhere near Stuttgart.Porche

Time for an Update!

this blog has officially been stagnant for far to long. I typically update my social media handles on a pretty regular basis, but I would like to move most of my posts onto my blog instead. So stay tuned!
