We need to consciously evolve, and keep things moving in a positive direction.

As we enter into an age of very rapid creative growth we need to keep a positive state of mind, and look to each other for inspiration, advice and practical wisdom. While most people tend to focus on the negative parroted angles of our modern society we often look past the incredible advancements we, as a human race, make on the average day. Never in the history of humanity have we had the ability to learn, and teach as much as we do now, and at the speed and simplicity as modern technology allows. I am simply fascinated by our floating spec in the universe that we call home, and I intend to do my part in making it a better place.

Beyond that fact that I think everyone on the planet can benefit from doing yoga, or at least stretching, this video really sheds a light on human potential.
